The Agricola San Teodoro was founded in 2004, choosing to settle in a large estate between Galluccio and the volcano of Roccamonfina, with the precise aim of making a wine with a burning heart with stories to tell those who can hear it.

It’s not the wine

Cannizzaro means reed. This is how we call the gnarled and golden stems that thrive along the sides of our vineyard of Fiano. In summer, it is a spectacle to see them compete in brightness, with the overpowering and amber yellow of the thick bunches of this cultivar, which has been growing in the Roccamonfina basin in since 800.
